Sermon - April 2, 2017 - Repent: Turn to Jesus! When You Face Temptations

The sermon for The Fifth Sunday in Lent, April 2, 2017. The sermon text is based on Mark 14:32-38

 

Today's Focus: Repent: Turn to Jesus; When You Face Temptations. Every time we pray the Lord's Prayer, we ask that God would "lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil." This morning we will be encouraged to look to His strength, not ours, to stand strong in times of temptation. We will be directed to His amazing grace and free forgiveness when we succumb to temptation, and to His certain promises to strengthen us when we feel weak.
